Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the kingcuci88 platform, including the website at kingcuci88.lat and any related applications or services offered under the kingcuci88 brand. By accessing, registering on, or continuing to use the platform, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

We may request copies of a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport or equivalent), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Account Management
3.1 Password & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kingcuci88 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time PINs with any third party. 3.2 Account Currency
All accounts on kingcuci88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Deposits made via supported e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay and bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB and Public Bank will be credited in MYR. USDT deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. kingcuci88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of RM10 per month against the remaining balance of an inactive account after this period. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Deposits
kingcuci88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion page. 4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. 5.1 General Bonus Terms

Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the bonus system at kingcuci88 — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal play — is strictly prohibited. kingcuci88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
5.4 Promotional Changes
kingcuci88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to a promotion's terms will not affect bets that have already been placed in compliance with the original terms.
Section 6
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on kingcuci88 — including live dealer baccarat, roulette, slots and sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes, both of which are independently audited for fairness and integrity.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the kingcuci88 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kingcuci88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including network outages, server failures or acts of third parties.
kingcuci88's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion or bonus abuse.
- A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
- Regulatory requirements or directions from a competent authority.
Upon termination of an account for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances (net of any fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to the player subject to the completion of KYC verification and applicable withdrawal procedures. Governing Law
